As a child, my parents indulged my every chocolate whim. When I look back now, I wonder if it was some sort of super Korean mind trick to make me slowly hate it. Whatever it was, it worked. Nowadays, I rarely eat the stuff other than to satiate a craving or two… but the one thing I can’t resist is a cup of hot chocolate.
And Oaxacan hot chocolate… Who can say no to that??
